Why is my brother letting my nephew be gay?
My nephew since an early age has acted girly. He was a really whiny even as a baby and would cry over anything until he was at least 9 years old, partly because my brother spoiled him. He has always made excuses for him, usually about him losing his mother, or about his heart condition.
We suspected he was gay when got to be about 12. My brother made it a point to act accepting of gays. He yelled at my eldest son for calling my nephew gay at my son's birthday party. Defending the kid instead of letting him fight his own battles is just encouraging his sissy ways and turning him more into a homosexual.
They used to come to church but now he's skipped out on that because he thinks the congregation is homophobic. Not sending his son to church is a big mistake. He's enabling him to be gay by letting his son stay at friends houses. 16 year old boys should not be having sleepovers.
I saw my nephew for the first time in a couple months (they moved to another country for a year) and he's become a complete gay. He dresses like a homosexual and has long hair. Soon he'll be buying hair straighteners and having highlights.
I don't understand why my brother is enabling him. My brother as a child was very different. He acted like a real boy. He made fun of homosexuals in high school and now he's done a U-turn.
Why does he want his son to be this way? He can never go to a bar with him or have grandchildren. Why is he doing this to the family? Could my brother have prevented this by acting differently?

Long story short, both in our 40's, divorcees and have children who live with us in our own homes. My boys are 10 and 12, his are 21 and 23.
He always says his boys need him so he spends alot of time at his home. This week my eldest son has been bullied really badly at school and he has been so upset. I have been feeling so depressed and trying to sort this out as best I can. My partner seems to have bolted since it happened. He has not been here to support us. In fact he came round two days ago and said he can't cope with this and won't be texting or ringing me again.
I don't understand - surely he must hate to see me and my son upset? Why has he left us like this? Will he be back?

Should I tell my boyfriend we are having a boy?
I am 20 and my boyfriend is 22 and we are expecting our first child. I am 5 months pregnant and I have just found out its a boy. My boyfriend did not want to know and I found out anyway because I did. I told him I would not tell people. Which I have not be we did fight about it before I found out now I have found out he has told me he wants to know. The problem is if I tell him after a while he might get annoyed that I told him. He said because I found out he has to now, and that I am selfish for not waiting because he wanted to wait. I don't know what to do, I would like him to help with the name and all that. I have the nursery finished and everything bought. He has not gone in and I think if he wants to find out he should just go into the room and not blame me for telling him what do you think.
