How do I get in contact with comic/graphic novel artists?
I have a script which I'd like realised as a graphic novel. I'm no artist so I really need to discuss developing this project with graphic novel type comic illustrators. I'm based in the UK and just wondered if anyone knew of any forums or communities of artists looking to develop projects with writers. Any help would be most appreciated.
Looking for a good anime/manga/cartoon series, suggestions?
*Preferably a sword fighting or 'gun slinger' kinda thing, or one that includes any action - i even liked adventure time (for example i liked "shaman king", "dragon ball z" and "full metal alchemist"). PLEASE no depressing suggestions (eg: chrono cruisade - where it just ended with them found dead), or super hero shows like spiderman etc.
***PREFER if its a show/not a comic or graphic novel, but if you know good graphic novels i'd still really appreciate it***

Which country has the largest comic book Market?
I just would like to know. I know it's a toss up between the United States, Japan, and Belgium because they are the most known, and they are the ones that dominate the comic book market world wide with a combined 90% of total graphic novel and comic book share. These countries are also known as the BIG 3 in the comic book world.
How to publish a comic book online for a price?
So I've got, what I believe to be, a very good idea for either a comic book series or a graphic novel of some kind. I have some stuff written already and I'm searching for someone who can do the artwork for me, as I am useless at art.
What I want to know is, how can I self publish this digitally? So it would be available online for a reasonable price? This is all completely new to me, I am a complete amateur at this, so try and explain it as simply as you can.
It has to be available for downloading. I don't have the time nor the necessary funds to start producing hard copies.

So I have an idea for either a graphic novel or a comic book series and I want to tell someone about it. All I have is a bunch of ideas that I think will make for a great story. I have no artistic skills and so I can't draw panels etc but I know how to script it so that somebody else could.

What do you mean by not submitting it unsolicited? I really have no idea where to start but I believe it could work.
What's a Good Manga Series?
So, here's what I'm asking. I've been a fan of Anime for years, but I've found that I'm running through series after series, and I hate waiting for new ones to come out.
So, I need something to do in between Anime. Manga, Comic Books, Graphic Novels... these sounded like a good idea.
I do have a few series, but I kind of want more. (Series I have are: One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Haruhi Suzumiya, Sekirei, Highschool of the Dead, the [World of] Warcraft Comic Books/Manga, and the entire Star Wars comic book collection, [Excluding Pre-Republic era.])
What I'm looking for, is Comedy, Fantasy, Action, and such. No Mecha, No Drama, No Romance, NO Superheroes (Marvel/DC crap.). (As for Drama/Romance: I don't have a problem with it in the story-line. In fact, I don't know of many story-lines that don't have it. I just hate the specific genres, due to the overly-sappy attitude of the characters in them.)

I was wondering if any one knew where I could read it online? I was looking at her newest book in the series and I noticed that she had comics out (by her I mean Pat Briggs). If any one knows where I could read the comic please tell me. And also any ideas on books similar to her series (already read the Mercy series :D BIG fan of Adam and Charles!!!!).

I'm writing a graphic novel (originally supposed to be a comic but seemed more fitting for this) and I think the characters name should back Zack. The problem is, I don't have any last name for him. Anyone got any cool last names I can use?
