I have heard that its best to become really good at ground work. Then start training in striking. Is that true? I just do a class of Muay Thai then do a class of Bjj twice a week

I am looking at getting some studio strobes. Unfortunately my budget calls for eBay lights. They don't actually have camera models listed like they had when I bought my 3rd party hot shoe flash. Are all flashes compatible with all cameras?
I am also wondering if I can use hot lights and strobes in the same shot, or if my hot lights will even show up as background lights, since they don't have as much power.
It was suggest in another question I posted that I needed 400-800ws for portriat work. Is that TOTAL or per light??

I guess I am technically looking at mono lights then. I understand that most people reccommend going with brand name lights and not eBay, but WHY? I do have limited understanding of color temperature, I know professional ones are more consistent. Besides this, and the higher grade materials, is light not light? I am only a hobbiest, and will not be advancing any time soon, so it's extremely hard for me to justify so much on professional lighting.

The movie Real Steel retardation?
I have not seen the movie and dont want to, but the basis for the movie is retarded. I just saw some dummy playing online with that gamertag and thought what kind of idiot likes a dumb movie like that and worse puts it as his gamertag and picture. Signs and symptoms if pregnancy? ?
Please do not take me as a big dummy on this question, but I am questioning if I am pregnant or not. In the past three to almost four weeks I have had signs and symptoms of pregnancy. I have read almost everything, taken home tests, & anything and everything you can think of. The tests I have taken have come back negative, but my signs & symptoms have gotten stronger in the past week. My signs/symptoms are: urinating more than usual, cravings for food I normally don't eat as much of, abnormal but not painful feeling in my lower stomach, tired more than usual, nausea, and somedays I can smell the craziest smells that I never noticed before. My period is almost three weeks late, which isn't really normal for me. My period has been abnormal before when I first got it my 8th grade year, but now I'm 18 & its been on the right track for quite awhile now. If I am pregnant, it wouldn't really be a surprise to me, because my fiance and I do have sex two to three times a week. I have an app on my phone that keeps track of my ovulation, high fertility, periods, and date I have sex. I have had sex on some of my high fertility days, which was in January. I had a urine test done when I was in the hospital for chest pains & abnormal abdominal pain and it came back negative. I read that sometimes it wont show up on a urine test until a few weeks. I haven't taken a home pregnancy test in about a week or so. Just waiting until this weekend. I also read that sometimes hcg levels can be out of wack & make it show up as negative. My friend didn't find out she was pregnant until 11 weeks because her tests just kept saying negative. My biggest concern is that I take coumadin and coumadin is bad during pregnancy and can cause many bad things. I just want to find out as soon as possible so I can switch to heprin which is recommended for pregnancy if the mother takes coumadin. I guess all I'm asking is if anyone has any advice or if anyone has had the same happen & what they did. Thanks:)
