Breaking Lease, Not safe?

I've been living in my current apartment for 1+ years, I just recently signed another lease but Im desperately wanting to break the lease. While I had no problems my first year here, I find this place to be unfit for my family and I. There have been numerous times both of my vehicles and been broken into, with police reports to show. There are always fights and yelling going on outside my apartment door and the amount of noise from people outside wakes my children up nightly. Theres cars blasting music at 11pm. There is no speedlimit postings in the parking lot so people are spinning around couners going 50mph. Its like this place just fell apart. Ive had incidents where people are pounding on my door in the middle of the night. My husband works nights and I honestly dont feel safe anymore. Ive contacted management and they have done nothing about this. Ive even called the police a couple times. They also do their own lawn work but leave tree trimmings in the middle of the walkways and in front of my mailboxes. I wasnt able to get my mail for three days because of it. Also the amount of garbage thats left everywhere is redic and gross. Anyways i know theres laws about breaking lease and I dont even understand my lease to be honest but whats the law on not feeling safe, even AFTER talking to management about the problem?!? I just want advice, please no judging.

what corresponds to the law who threatens to kill?

With a woman who threatens to kill for reasons that her husband has another woman. But despite all the truth were also no allegations of woman to say this fixture. What you should observe measures against it?

Is carrying homemade pepper spray illegal?

in Chicago I know Chicago had ridiculously laws when it comes to carrying "weapons"... like the whole carrying a gun thing even with permit being illegal or tasers... anyway is something as harmless as homemade pepper spray illegal in Chicago Say the ingredients are just different kinds of peppers... nothing fancy with a lot of strength or chemicals...

don't you think VAWA is sexist?

i mean,40% of the domestic violence are committed by women, but there is no law to protect the male victims VAWA (violence against women act),it clearly states that under the eyes of feminists and government only women are victim and men are abusers women need protection so do men,why laws have to treat men like second class citizens how can you tell that i am the "abuser" and t my wife is a "victim" without even knowing me?? why this sexism? how can i become a "abuser" by default? violence is violence, does it matter if it is done by men or women?

Does it even make sense to bring up legal definitions in a moral debate?

A friend of mine was on the bus yesterday, and the man sitting across from him started debating the merits of gay marriage. This fellow was quite insistent that gays should not be allowed to marry, not for any religious reason, but because Black's Law Dictionary defined marriage as "between a man and a woman." Now I personally find this kind of reasoning ridiculous. The whole point of the gay marriage debate is to decide whether or not to change that law, so it makes no sense to me to use the law itself to back up arguments as to why it should not change. That's the very definition of circular reasoning. However, I've had responders who usually post quite intelligent responses tell me that abortion isn't morally wrong because the law defines a fetus as not a person. Let me stress that I have no problem with someone who says a fetus isn't a person because of such-and-such a logical reason; I might disagree with them, but I can admit that they are intelligent and of sound morals. My problem is when people try to use legal definitions to support their position in a moral debate whose purpose is ultimately to decide whether or not to change those legal definitions. Why do people do this? Is there some logic to it? Or is it just that they can't recognize the circularity of their reasoning because they've lost sight of the ultimate goal? Please don't pitch in with your views on the gay marriage or abortion debate. I simply want to know whether you think that particular kind of argument makes sense and why people use it.

Christianity is on trial , provide your evidence?

Ok , i want to see evidence that your god exists , that your man written book is true , this evidence must be hard evidence that would stand in a court of law. Which means no quotes.

why feminists have to hate men in order to acheive their goals?

why media promotes hatred towards men and potrayed them as dumb creatures ? why feminist fight against men, spread hatred and force sexist laws like VAWA? why one organisations (like feminist) have to hate other gender to achieve their goals ? when will this hate end?,can't we just live in peace i am talking about those feminists who represents entire organisations(most of them are lesbians anyway ),

Whats wrong with this Christians abortion argument?

This is what a Christian told me: Abortion isn't murder, only because our nation allows it. It could be murder because if the laws change since it is the taking of life. Woman have rights, but do they have the right to take life? How is taking away life what our country was founded upon?
